Let’s Stay in Touch

Dr. Natalie Weeks O’Neal was born and raised in Wolf Point, Montana, where a deep commitment to community, service, and opportunity for all was instilled early in her life. She is the daughter of Willie Weeks, a Montana Basketball Hall of Fame member and respected Native American leader who championed the wellbeing of all Montanans, and Diane Wetsit Hoy, a nurse and officer in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps who dedicated her career to expanding access to quality healthcare.

Natalie played college basketball before earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. She has built a career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in geriatrics and women’s health, and later followed her passion for teaching through faculty roles at USC and Tufts University School of Medicine.

She is married to her college sweetheart, Charles O’Neal—an Oregon State football alumnus who now serves in environmental protection for the Fort Peck Tribes—and together they are proud parents of two. Natalie remains deeply involved in youth outreach focused on health, education, and community leadership.
